At its 1999 awards banquet Jan. 23, the Ozark Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated 50 years of service to the community.
Dr. Cal LeMon of The Executive Edge was the featured speaker.
The board of directors and officers for 1999 were announced at the banquet. They are: President Glenn Blake, Empire District Electric Co.; Vice President Stacy McNeill, Columbia College; and Treasurer Julie Fraker.
