Mission: Support

Moving from one structure in Chesterfield Village to another in 2019, OakStar Bank’s operation center calls a former school building its new home.

The bank occupies roughly 16,000 square feet of the top two floors of the three-story building that utilizes open workspaces and lots of natural light, while providing its workers with outside access and a fitness center. Bank officials say it’s all intended to offer a bright and fun work environment for OakStar’s support staff.

“The hopes are that the work environment that we have here kind of supports the mission of the bank,” says CEO Randy Johnson. “It’s not just a building.”
