Starting today, members of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry will tour Springfield health care facilities to identify and examine trends and factors facing the industry, according to a news release from the chamber.
Continuing through July 15, the chamber's 2011 Leadership Missouri Class - comprising 20 Missouri business and government leaders from throughout the state - will visit:
- Jordan Valley Community Health Center;
- St. John's Health System;
- the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners; and
- Integrity Pharmacy LLC.
A meeting Friday with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce will conclude the trip.
