Missouri Chamber members tour Springfield health facilities

Starting today, members of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry will tour Springfield health care facilities to identify and examine trends and factors facing the industry, according to a news release from the chamber.

Continuing through July 15, the chamber's 2011 Leadership Missouri Class - comprising 20 Missouri business and government leaders from throughout the state - will visit:
  • Jordan Valley Community Health Center;
  • St. John's Health System;
  • the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners; and
  • Integrity Pharmacy LLC.
A meeting Friday with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce will conclude the trip.

Leadership Missouri, founded in 1990, identifies current and emerging state business and government leaders with the intention of educating them on economic challenges and opportunities facing the state.[[In-content Ad]]
