Killian Group CEO joins Mueller Co. board

John Ghirardelli, president and CEO of The Killian Group, has been appointed to the Paul Mueller Co. Board of Directors, effective Jan. 1.

Ghirardelli will fill the seat being vacated by William Patterson, who also stepped down as chairman of the board in November.

Ghirardelli has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and construction, most recently with The Killian Group, which specializes in the hospitality industry.

Mueller Co. (OTC: MUEL.PK) manufactures stainless steel equipment and performs on-site construction, repair and maintenance.

"John's background will provide the board with valuable perspective on manufacturing and field fabrication," Mueller Co. Board of Directors Chairman Don Golik said in a news release. Golik, who assumed the role of chairman in November, has served as a board member since 1982 and was chief financial officer for more than 31 years until his June retirement.

The company's pink sheet stock was trading this morning at $17.55, compared to its 52-week range of $13.50 to $27.[[In-content Ad]]
