Judge tosses Obama Presidential Center suit

A federal judge yesterday tossed out a lawsuit seeking to block construction of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.

The plaintiff, Protect Our Parks, argued the project shouldn't be put on public property because it wouldn't be an asset to the public.

The project must still go through a federal review since Jackson Park is on the National Register of Historic Places.
