A Pittsfield, Illinois-based real estate company has made a local hire as it looks to expand its portfolio of services.
Real estate broker Dustin Ross has been tapped to lead Whitetail Properties Real Estate's waterfront homes, luxury homes and country homes market segments, according to a news release. Founded in 2007, Whitetail Properties specializes in buying and selling recreational hunting, ranch, farm and timberland properties, according to its website.
"Dustin's expertise and passion for real estate align perfectly with our commitment to delivering exceptional service and unparalleled results for our clients," said Brian Utecht, salesperson and land specialist in southwest Missouri for Whitetail Properties Real Estate, in the release. "With his leadership, we are confident in our ability to successfully navigate and excel in the waterfront, luxury and country homes markets."
Ross said via email that the waterfront, luxury and country homes segments cover all of southern Missouri. Ross, who works for the Utecht Residential Team of Whitetail Properties, is based in Marshfield.
Ross started with Whitetail Properties in January and has experience in the real estate and restaurant sectors, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Ranch & Farm Auctions, a division of Whitetail Properties, recently handled the auction of over 174 acres near East Sunshine Street and Farm Road 199, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting.
A franchise store of a Branson West-based quilting business made its Queen City debut; Grateful Vase launched in Lebanon; and Branson entertainment venue The Social Birdy had its grand opening.
