Disney's "Frozen 2" brought its global box office haul to $920 million over the weekend.
If the film hits the $1 billion mark, it would be the sixth Disney film of the year to do so.
"Toy Story 4," "Avengers: Endgame," "Aladdin," "Captain Marvel" and "The Lion King" all have crossed the $1 billion threshold this year.
