Project description: Contractors are adding 687 square feet to the former Pasta Pronto to make way for Einstein Bros. Bagels. The 25,029-square-foot project calls for a complete overhaul, basically taking the building down to the structure and rebuilding with a new façade, roof and finishes, said Grindstone Construction owner Jared Walker. A drive-through and small patio in front of the restaurant will be added, and the dining room will seat 48, Walker said.
