Project description: Andy Kuntz, president of Andy’s Frozen Custard and White Shirts LLC, is building two 3,200 square-feet structures next to his South Campbell custard shop. Einstein Bros. Bagels franchisee RT Development LLC will lease one of the buildings, said general contractor Ron Barrett of Build LLC. He said a second stand-alone building would house two fast-casual restaurants to complement Andy’s Frozen Custard, though those tenants have yet to be named. Barrett said the structure would be equipped with environmentally friendly materials, such as high-efficiency glass and insulation made from recycled denim. RT Development, owned by Rita Baron of Baron Design & Associates LLC and Terry Reynolds of C. Arch Bay Co., operates an Einstein Bagels shop at 1933 S. National Ave.
