Description of project: The Springfield Contractors Association will move from its current location on East Sunshine, where it has been located for about 10 years, to the new building east of Glenstone and south of Division. The association will occupy 3,200 square feet of the building with administrative offices, a conference room and a training room for members' use that will seat about 100. The F.W. Dodge office, a construction-plan clearinghouse, will occupy 1,200 square feet. The building will have 2,000 square feet of leasable space available. Reduced fees and donated building supplies from members of the SCA are part of the construction project.
