Toth & Associates Inc. is the structural and civil engineer for the Fredericktown R-I School District’s new middle school, after a fire destroyed the previous school in southeast Missouri. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the architect for the 63,400-square-foot project. Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the school, which will have a 13,000-square-foot Federal Emergency Management Agency tornado safe room funded by a grant prepared by Toth & Associates. A general contractor has not yet been selected for the project, which has an estimated cost of $8 million and an estimated completion date of fall 2012.
