Engineer: Colvin Jones Davis LLC

Colvin Jones Davis is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for Miller O’Reilly Co.’s four-story, 122-bed private student housing facility on the Missouri State University campus. The architect is H Design Group LLC, with structural engineering by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC and civil work by Olsson Associates Inc. Springfield First Community Bank is lender for the $7 million to $10 million project. The building is designed for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. The Monroe is scheduled for completion in August.
