Engineer: Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the structural engineer and architect for the city of Bolivar’s aquatics center. Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Olsson Associates Inc. is the civil engineer, with aquatic design by Westport Pools Inc. Wirt-Flavin Construction Inc. is the general contractor. The $5.5 million addition to the Roy Blunt YMCA is funded by municipal revenue bonds. The YMCA will manage and operate the facility, which will have a glass exposure that allows the roof to open and close. The project is scheduled for completion in September.
