CoxHealth has opened a clinic in Branson that was announced early last year.
An April 19 ribbon-cutting event marked the ceremonial launch for CoxHealth Branson Hills, a 30,000-square-foot clinic at 1601 Branson Hills Parkway, just west of the Branson RecPlex, according to a news release.
"The opening of this clinic will enhance our ability to provide compassionate care for members of our community," Cox Medical Center Branson President William Mahoney said in the release. "Our team looks forward to serving residents and visitors in this remarkable space."
The facility, which has an X-ray room, laboratory services and more than 50 exam rooms, is designed to house more than a dozen providers in urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, internal medicine, diabetes and endocrinology. Services at two facilities on Highway 248 in Branson are consolidating into the new clinic, which also will have urgent care starting this summer.
KCI Construction Co. served as general contractor for the project designed by H Design Group LLC, according to past reporting.
CoxHealth previously purchased 26 acres of land west of the Branson RecPlex, according to past reporting.
