Garage Graphics & Visuals owners had two key design requirements for the new look of their lobby and conference space, with interior design by Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. One requirement was that it have space where the company could showcase its products and capabilities, and the other was to try and use only materials that the company had on hand, either in inventory or left over from previous jobs. One key focal point is the garage-themed conference room, which incorporates the company’s history of first making signs in the owner’s garage. The reception desk was designed with scraps from a Disney Cruise Lines project, and selected finishes are in a palette that provides a backdrop for displays and works well on its own. The entrance showcases Garage Graphics’ capabilities, from a digital wall covering to a 45-foot whale for the Smithsonian and custom vacuum-formed lenses for fluorescent light fixtures.[[In-content Ad]]
