Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced he's running for president in 2020.
He's the 23rd Democrat to enter the presidential race.
“I’m a New Yorker, I’ve known Trump’s a bully for a long time,” he said in his campaign launch video, pointing to his confrontations with the president over immigration and climate change.
