Architects hired by the city of Joplin have recommended the overhaul of a municipal building.
Two architects with SFS Architecture in Kansas City say remodeling work at the Donald E. Clark Public Safety and Justice Center is needed. The architects' report points to renovation options in the tens of millions of dollars.
The building houses the city's main police station, main fire station, municipal court and city prosecutor offices.
