Baron Design & Associates LLC is the architect and interior designer for a 60,000-square-foot building that will be the first constructed on Ozarks Technical Community College’s Table Rock Campus in Hollister. Engineers on the project are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Miller Engineering PC, structural. The building will replace OTC’s Branson Center and enable the college to serve about 3,000 area students. The Hollister site will be the school’s third full-service campus. The structure will have glassed-in lobbies and large windows, taking advantage of views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark mountain scenery. School officials anticipate opening the campus by fall 2013.
