A nearly $250 million hospital is slated to open in Columbia this month.
The children’s hospital and birth center is set to debut on the University of Missouri Health Care campus. It's connected by a bridge to University Hospital.
The new seven-story MU Children’s Hospital and Birthing Center replaces an existing hospital that's about 10 minutes away from the health system’s main campus.
