Ricky Haase became general civil team leader at 29 and vice president at 31 at Olsson Inc.
“Only six years into my career with 30-plus years left, the opportunities seem endless, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds,” he says.
Haase, now 32, says he enjoys working with newcomers to his field to give them the resources and direction they need to thrive.
“I show them the correct way to communicate professionally, how to work efficiently in a group environment, how their actions affect the group and many other skills needed to thrive at Olsson,” he says.
Haase takes pride in serving clients.
“Building a new facility, or expanding existing ones, is a vision and a dream of our clients, and we contribute to their dreams of success every step of the way until the facility is occupied and functioning,” he says.
