Prosperiti Partners LLC represents more than a name change for the year-old Enterprise Commercial Group LLC.
Along with the branding update, the ownership group launched a new division and separated another, said spokeswoman Viviana Writer. Both are brokerages.
The new unit, called Prosperiti Brokers, works in residential and commercial real estate. NAI Enterprise LLC, a franchise operation of New York City-based NAI Global, was spun off after previously operating under Enterprise Commercial Group, Writer said, noting NAI solely deals in commercial real estate.
Writer said other name changes are:
• Prosperiti Asset Management, which formerly was Enterprise Asset Management;
• Prosperiti Construction, formerly Enterprise Construction;
• Prosperiti Development, formerly Enterprise Development; and
• Prosperiti Properties, formerly Enterprise Property Management.
Prosperiti Partners President Titus Williams said the name change was prompted by the firm’s community-focused approach, which has included partnerships with The Kitchen and the Rebound Foundation.
“We believe that everything we do has an effect on the community at large. But how our talents can help the most vulnerable is assisting them to find safe, secure, stable housing,” he said in a news release.
According to the release, Prosperiti Partners also recently purchased over 140 properties formerly owned by 417 Rentals LLC, which filed bankruptcy in January. Many of its holdings have moved to foreclosure sales.
“We are working to make all of those properties livable and working with the residents to make sure not only is the habitation safe, but that we help connect them with services that make the families more financially stable as well,” Williams said in the release.
Williams, along with his brother and father, made a splash in summer 2018 when they publicly introduced their businesses after previously operating behind the scenes. The creation of Enterprise Commercial Group brought NAI to Springfield, and Titus’ brother Phil unveiled plans for a $500 million development along South Campbell Avenue called The Ridge at Ward Branch. Development of The Ridge is expected to start this year.
