White River Valley Electric Cooperative

White River Valley Electric Cooperative is adding 56,000 square feet for employee offices, a linemen’s lounge and truck garage. The general contractor for the roughly $16 million project is Williams Construction Inc. Lending is by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Utilities Service. Paragon Architecture Inc. is the architect for the project. Engineers are Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Olsson Associates Inc., civil; and Meridian Structural Works, structural. The project is slated for completion in spring.
