President Donald Trump yesterday threatened to halt U.S. funding to the World Health Organization.
“They’ve been wrong about a lot of things,” Trump said, noting the organization is "very China centric."
“We’re going to put a hold on money to the WHO. We’re going to put a very powerful hold on it.”
During WHO's current two-year funding period, the United States provided $893 million.
