Project description: Plans by East Sunshine Property Group LLC call for the retail center near Bass Pro Shops to accommodate multiple retail tenants, as well as space to build a restaurant. With demolition work ongoing, project officials say a mix of brick, wood and stone will bring an updated look to the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Sunshine Street. The Lamar Johnson Collaborative LLC is project architect, and engineers are CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, civil and landscape; Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural; and Omni Engineers Inc. (Rogers, Arkansas), mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
