Project description: Coryell Collaborative Group is developing the mixed-use Cambium with 127 multifamily units and 9,000 square feet of office space. The development sits on over 8 acres – just north of the Thompson Sales Co. auto dealership. TLC Properties, another Coryell family business, will manage Cambium. No tenants have been signed, said TLC Properties spokeswoman Liv Young. H Design Group LLC is the project architect, and engineers are Anderson Engineering Inc., Mettemeyer Engineering LLC and CJD Engineering LLC.
LeDoux’s Furniture and Whatnots opened on Commercial Street; Soapbox Studios LLC launched; and Day One Fitness LLC opened its first location.
