A new branch of the Bank of Kimberling City is under construction at Southtowne Center in Hollister.
Bank of Kimberling City President and CEO Joe Gaunt said the 3,500-square-foot, stand-alone, all-brick building is similar in design to the other two offices in Kimberling City and Branson West. Ron Slone Architects Inc. and Federal Construction, both of Springfield, have provided the design and construction of the building, scheduled to be complete by early to mid-summer.
Gaunt said the new financial facility will be staffed by four full-time employees and two part-time employees.
He said the new full-service branch will offer loan and deposit services, an ATM and drive-through lanes.
Steve Hughes has been named manager of the branch office and is currently working along with other bank employees out of a temporary modular building next to the building site.
