According to Gayla Hagerty, executive director of the Downtown Branson Betterment Association, the organization has set the dates for its 1998 downtown events.

Special event dates in the work plan include: Plumb Nellie Festival & Craft Show, May 15-16; '50s and '60s Street Dance, June 19; Olde Time Fiddle Contest, Aug. 15, Autumn Daze Craft Show and Sidewalk Sale, Sept. 17-19 and Candlelight Christmas, Nov. 13-15.
