Palace Inn to build conference center
The Palace Inn in Branson is ready to break ground for its new conference center, according to the hotel's owner, Dwight Sprague of Sprague Enterprises. Sprague said the new construction will connect on the west side of the hotel's Buckingham's Restaurant.
The new addition will have meeting space for 300 people and will provide a drive-through canopy for tour buses. The restaurant will also be extended to include a cabana room with a dance floor and facilities to serve continental breakfasts.
Sprague said Larry Snyder Construction of Branson is building the conference center, which is expected to be finished in August.
