Project description: Under its new ownership, Springfield Property LLC, Plaza Towers is undergoing renovation of common areas and corridors. All 20 restrooms located in the building are being replaced. Exterior renovations include a facade upgrade and LED signage on the roof. Space on the first floor will be updated to house a restaurant, and the third floor is slated to have an event space and rooftop patio. Marco Denis, the real estate company’s owner and president, previously said his investment and purchase of the building, along with an adjacent shopping center and restaurant property, was roughly $20 million. Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is the project architect, Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer and CJD Engineering LLC is the mechanical engineer.
