Staffing agency Penmac LLC’s two-story corporate office is on pace for completion Sept. 1, according to founder Patti Penny. The facility, owned by Pen Real LLC, will eliminate Penmac’s need for leased space on the seventh floor of the downtown Great Southern office building and accommodate 90 percent of Penmac’s corporate personnel. There also will be room to house the company’s information technology department.
