Gov. Mike Parson yesterday laid out a phased plan to reopen Missouri's economy amid the coronavirus pandemic.
After the current stay-at-home is lifted late Sunday, the first phase of the reopening plan will begin on Monday.
During the first phase, retail businesses, restaurants and churches will be allowed to reopen with occupancy limitations.
“The recovery plan is responsible, effective, gradual and safe,” Parson said.
There was an average of 187 new confirmed cases in Missouri between April 19 and April 25, an analyst told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
