New Life

Working Studio

Employees sit along rows with the former Woolworth building’s elements, including exposed metal and concrete cylinders, still visible. There’s plenty of room for creativity. Architecture plans are purposefully scattered throughout.

Principal Brandon Dake works in his glass-door office. “All for one and one for all mentality is our approach. We’re in this together,” Dake says, noting his and Wells’ offices are designed to be welcoming to employees.

Creative Shop

On the top floor of the Woolworth building overlooking Park Central Square, 14 employees are working on two dozen projects. The 7,900-square-foot office is aglow with natural lighting from three sides. The space incorporates elements from the department store’s former storage area and utilizes more modern elements. Modest Mouse plays over the intercom in the relaxed, spacious environment.
