FORVIS LLP promoted Khrystal Clark, Joe Eyler, Chandler Myers and Patricia Slicer to senior associates; Jacob Gray, Christopher Taylor and Ashley Warmack to senior consultants; and Wendy Briggs to marketing senior associate.

Clark and Eyler provide audit services, and each holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance – Clark from Drury University and Eyler from Missouri State University. Myers and Slicer work in tax services – Myers with a master’s in accountancy from Missouri Southern State University and Slicer with an MBA from University of Phoenix as well as a master’s in education from Drury. Gray, with a bachelor’s in accounting from MSU, and Warmack, with a bachelor’s in business administration/finance from University of Missouri, handle cost reporting services, while Taylor performs consulting work and holds a bachelor’s in accounting and an MBA from MSU. Briggs is a proposal and marketing team lead and holds a bachelor’s in communications from Evangel University.

KPM CPAs & Advisors hired Duke Johnson and Daniel Senn as staff accountants providing audit services and promoted Sarah Lee to senior accountant. Johnson is studying to earn a bachelor’s in accounting from MSU as well as a certified public accountant certification, and Senn holds a bachelor’s in accounting from MSU and an MBA from MU. Lee recently earned her CPA certification and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from MSU.

Banking & Finance
RMI Business Finance recognized 37 banks for their economic development efforts through Small Business Administration 504 business loans. Recipients with local operations are The Bank of Missouri, Arvest Bank, Hawthorn Bank, OakStar Bank, Simmons Bank, Central Bank of the Ozarks, Guaranty Bank, Southern Bank and Mid-Missouri Bank at the Platinum Elite level; Central Bank of Branson, Community National Bank & Trust, Gold Elite; and Branson Bank, Legacy Bank & Trust, Old Missouri Bank, Regions Bank and UMB Bank, Silver Elite.

Nonprofit
Andrea Bishop, executive director of the Betty and Bobby Allison Ozarks Counseling Center, was named the 2022 Humanitarian for her efforts to provide mental health counseling services to the community regardless of the ability to pay. The award, a partnership between the Community Foundation of the Ozarks and Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, will be presented Nov. 15 during the Association of Fundraising Professionals-Ozark Region Chapter’s National Philanthropy Day celebration. Director of the OCC since 2011, Bishop is credited with leading in fiscal stewardship, securing the historic Day House downtown to move out of rented space and adding evening appointments, discreet counseling appointments and services for children.
