A member of the firm’s home care and hospice team, Pierce has a bachelor’s in business administration from College of the Ozarks. Taylor, who has a bachelor’s in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University, is part of FORVIS’ home care and hospice team. Warmack is a member of the firm’s community health center team, and she has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and finance from the University of Missouri. A member of the health care revenue cycle assessment team, Glor has a bachelor’s in accounting from MSU. With an associate’s from MSU-West Plains, Mahoney ensures document processing request deadlines are met at FORVIS.

Banking & Finance
Arvest Bank ranked No. 18 among U.S. banks on Forbes’ 2024 list of the world’s best banks. The company, which was No. 20 last year among U.S. banks, has been on the Forbes list for six consecutive years. The rankings are based on consumer feedback.

Doug Dugal, senior vice president and financial adviser at Morgan Stanley’s Springfield wealth management office, was named to Forbes’ list of Best-in-State Wealth Advisors. With a bachelor’s in business from MSU, Dugal was recognized by Forbes based on myriad factors, including industry experience, revenue trends and compliance records.

Government
The city of Willard hired Wesley Young as city administrator. He has a more than 20-year career in public service, including administrative work for the state of Arkansas.

Hospitality
Los Angeles-based ASM Global appointed Ashley Peacock as director of event services for the Branson Convention Center, which the company manages. Peacock previously served as director of event services with ASM Global at Cox Business Convention Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Human Resources
Sarah Matthews was hired by HR Advantage as business development manager. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Drury University.

Manufacturing
Digital Monitoring Products Inc. named longtime employee Dave Roberts to the newly created role of vice president of cybersecurity. A 34-year employee of DMP, he has an associate in security and loss prevention services from Fox Valley Technical College, a bachelor’s in criminal justice/law enforcement administration from Missouri Southern State University and a master’s in cybersecurity from MSU.

Nonprofit
The Ozarks Regional YMCA’s overnight camp, Camp Wakonda, was named one of America’s Best Summer Camps by Newsweek. Camps were ranked based on a survey of 30,000 parents conducted in 2023 and 2024 and nearly 700,000 social media reviews on Google and Facebook, as well as criteria such as offered activities, accessibility and staff-to-children ratio.

Restaurant
Springfield-based restaurant franchisee Hamra Enterprises LLC appointed Rachael Sellhorn to the newly created role of director of giving. A Hamra Enterprises employee since 2019, Sellhorn has served as a volunteer for the company’s employee emergency assistance program HERO, or Hamra Employees Reaching Out, Fund.
