Bill Bader, of Campbell, won $265 million in punitive damages over a lawsuit related to his southeastern Missouri peach farm.
Bader alleged weedkiller dicamba drifted into his orchards from other farms and caused serious damage to his trees.
Attorneys for dicamba maker Bayer pledged to file an appeal.
