Addison, Texas-based Construction Management Technology Inc. is the general contractor for McLane Co. Inc.’s 450,000-square-foot grocery distribution center near the intersection of Greene County Farm Road 156 and State Highway MM. Richardson, Texas-based Alliance Architects designed the facility, which is more than 100 feet tall.  Engineers are: Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Dallas-based Brockette, Davis, Drake Inc., structural, and Fort Worth, Texas-based Summit Consultants Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Temple, Texas-based McLane is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
