Owning a home is a huge part of the American dream.
In September 2021, Adam Thompson took the helm of the mortgage division at Simmons Bank. As Regional Mortgage Manager, he and the entire mortgage team at Simmons Bank share the goal of helping everyone who wants to become a homeowner secure that dream.
“Simmons Bank offers a variety of mortgage loan options to assist you, whether your goal is to buy a home, refinance your current mortgage, plan for purchasing an investment property or buy that second home or vacation retreat you’ve always dreamed of,” said Thompson.
Simmons Bank is at its core, a community bank. “We’re not this huge entity where you don’t know who you’re speaking to or who’s taking care of your mortgage,” said Thompson.
Simmons Bank has multiple locations in Springfield with 45 branches in 30 different cities throughout the state of Missouri. That reach allows Simmons Bank to bring that same community bank ethos to many Missourians. “We’re a community bank, but we’re also a Missouri bank,” said Thompson.
The mortgage team at Simmons Bank puts a strong emphasis on being able to meet clients where they are in regard to the particular way they might like to do business. “Some tech savvy people never want to walk into a branch,” said Thompson. “They want to scan and email and e-sign everything. Then there are those who prefer to visit the bank to see who is handling their mortgage and they want to physically sign a document at a desk. They want to look in your eyes and trust you. We want both of those people to understand that we respect them both and are here for them, no matter how they choose to approach their mortgage.” What’s convenient for the client is at the forefront at Simmons Bank.
“The mortgage team at Simmons Bank just really wants people in southwest Missouri to know that we have mortgage products available for them and we’re ready to help them with their new mortgage, or refinancing, whatever they may need,” said Thompson.
