Google considers $600M data center in KC

Google is considering development of a $600 million data center in Kansas City.

Port KC, a political subdivision of Missouri designed to boost economic development, voted Monday on a resolution authorizing a bond issuance for the project.

Google, which has not finalized plans, may build additional phases beyond the initial $600 million investment.
