Project description: On five acres about two blocks west of the Medical Mile, The Edge gated community comprises 81 units across five buildings. Co-owner Brian Stewart said a trio of two-story buildings contains multifamily units, while two single-story structures are designed as duplexes. He said rent will range from $645 for studios to $1,795 for three-bedroom units, including Wi-Fi service, granite countertops and real hardwood. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, workout facility and keyless entry for gates and units. The Edge is the first development by Project Collective, a partnership between Stewart, Jason Finley and Shannon McMurdo. The three investor owners also have developed Golden Avenue Estates, Stewart said.
