Project description: With two new buildings under construction – a 144,000-square-foot preengineered metal building and an 8,000-square-foot office building – remanufacturing company SRC Holdings Corp. is expanding its Logistics division. Altogether, the company plans to add 1.1 million square feet of space over the next 10 years, at an estimated value of $75 million-$100 million, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. SRC Logistics Inc. focuses on core management systems, supply chain services and freight solutions. Executive Vice President Dick Moger said the current construction represents Phase II for the company’s expansion, and Phase III is already underway, with dirt work and infill being completed for a 410,000-square-foot building.
