The four-story hotel is designed with 92 rooms, an 1,800-square-foot convention room, 106 parking spaces and an enclosed pool. The property encompasses 4.3 acres east of Interstate 44 and Glenstone Avenue, where A R Enterprises owner AJ Nursariwala also is developing an Old Chicago restaurant. The $5 million project began in 2014 but was halted in 2015 after permits expired due to months of inactivity, Nursariwala said. Colorado-based H&H Management Group relinquished the general contractor role last year to Illinois-based Shrinay Construction.
