The apartments are going up a block south of the Highway 76 strip between the Titanic Museum and White Water near the corner of U.S. Highway 165 and Green Mountain Drive, according to Greg Hall, a spokesman for Ron Stenger Cos. Hall said the complex would have a pool, fitness center and business center/meeting area. The Wooten Co. will manage the property, Hall said. Basic cable, phone and Internet service through Suddenlink is part of the lease rates, which he said range from $695 to $895 per month.[[In-content Ad]]
