A Fayetteville, Arkansas, man was charged yesterday with attempting to blow up an SUV in a Pentagon parking lot.
Matthew Dmitri Richardson, 19, is accused of inserting a piece of fabric into the gas tank of a 2016 Land Rover and then attempting to light it on fire.
Confronted by an officer, Richardson said he was going to "blow this vehicle up" and "himself,” according to court documents.
