Engineer: Latifi Engineering

Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for renovations to the 72,000-square-foot Price Cutter grocery store on East Battlefield Road. The architect for the project is Bates & Associates Inc., and the general contractor is Garrison Construction Inc. Interior work includes renovation and expansion of the deli and floral areas, the addition of a display area for an expanded cheese selection and expansion of the liquor department, as well as updates throughout the store. The building’s exterior also will be remodeled. Completion is expected this summer.
