Decorize Inc. stock begins trading on AMEX as DCZ

Decorize Inc., a provider of direct sourcing solutions for the global home decor market, announced that its common shares began trading on the Ameri-can Stock Exchange March 8. Decorize is traded under the symbol DCZ.|ret||ret||tab|

"Our acceptance into the American Stock Exchange marks a significant new milestone for the company," said Jon Baker, chief executive officer of Dec-orize, in a news release. |ret||ret||tab|

"This association aligns Decorize with a nationally and internationally recognized exchange and should lead to new opportunities for the company, our shareholders and our customers," Baker added.|ret||ret||tab|

The increased public exposure an AMEX listing brings comes at a "critical time" for the company, Baker said. |ret||ret||tab|
