The apartment complex Wilhoit Properties is developing at 2865 S. Ingram Mill Road is geared toward senior citizens. The project, just beginning construction, is scheduled for completion at the end of September. The development will have seven buildings, including a clubhouse. Larry Kester, of the Architects Collective in Tulsa, designed the apartments. The three-story buildings will include 144 units and 52 garages. It is being built by Wilhoit Properties Construction. Both 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom apartments will be available, with 878-square-foot and 624-square-foot layouts, respectively. A swimming pool, community recreation areas and handicapped accessibility in the apartments will be features of the project. Leasing is expected to start in late summer.[[In-content Ad]]
