“To be good at business, or whatever you do, you need know what you can do and what you’re not good at,” says Eric Jones, co-owner of United States of Apparel. “When you’re not good at something, you find someone that can fill that.” Jones and Tim Hendrix worked together in the fire service before starting their e-commerce company. Finding a partner who compliments your skill set will make your business run smoother. “We communicate well, we constantly fill in the gaps, and you just keep progressing forward,” says Tim Hendrix.
