A Branson marketing firm — boasting a client list that’s included a host of attractions in the tourist market — has sold.
Kansas-based Soulgarden Inc., which does business in Missouri as Little Bird Marketing, purchased Clear Entertainment and Marketing Group LLC, aka Clear Marketing, for undisclosed terms, according to a news release.
With the acquisition, Clear Marketing owner Trey Pelz is pursuing a new entrepreneurial endeavor.
“The sale of Clear Marketing is a blessing to my family and allows me to continue to pursue our next venture, which will be made public soon,” Pelz said in the release. “As a Branson resident, I’ll have the chance to see the continued success and growth of this team I built and have come to love and respect. I’m so appreciative for the clients who have allowed me to serve them and know they will be very happy with this new ownership.”
Pelz and Clear Marketing have represented Andy B’s Bowl Social, The Shepherd of the Hills, the Branson Zipline at Wolfe Mountain and Branson's Promised Land Zoo, among others, in their marketing efforts. Clear Marketing has received numerous American Advertising Federation awards for its work, according to previous news releases.
Through the acquisition that closed June 1, Clear Marketing’s employees stayed on board. Clear Marketing will continue to work out of its office in the Branson Hills Parkway area.
“We’ve been in growth mode at Little Bird Marketing and I was delighted to be singled out as the first option when Trey considered selling his agency,” owner Priscilla McKinney said in the release. “Our companies are a total culture fit, which is of absolute importance to me. I feel strongly about creating and maintaining an amazing atmosphere where creatives can innovate and push the boundaries for excellence with each project.”
Soulgarden’s Little Bird Marketing works out of Joplin.
CrossFit Republic LLC changed ownership; Springfield nonprofit Care to Learn relocated; and the Fresh Gallery in downtown Springfield transitioned into a commercial venture.
