Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the architect for a campus master plan and renovations and additions to the Monett R-I School District’s elementary school. Engineers are Toth & Associates Inc., engineer; Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Olsson Associates Inc., civil. The general contractor is R.E. Smith Construction Co. The plan combines four of nine existing buildings, adding 54,000 square feet, including a central commons area. More than 28,000 square feet will be renovated as part of the nearly $7.05 million project, including transforming the gym into a larger library.
