2024 Dynamic Dozen

Posted online

Editor’s Note: With its third time appearing on the Dynamic Dozen list – Springfield Business Journal’s countdown of the fastest-growing companies in our community – Keep Supply took home the top honor.

For the past three years, the commercial and industrial parts distributor has ranked on the list with impressive growth – tripling annual revenue and staff count to $32 million and 67, respectively, from 2021-23.

CEO Josh Burch says tech stack investments paved the way for growth, while smart hiring and a customer-centric culture build a trustworthy brand that’s made a name for itself in the industry. Its sales and distribution team worked to supply parts across 68 countries last year alone – and all from its base in Springfield.

The company faced steep competition on this year’s list, which included newcomers Arvest Bank, Command Family Medicine PC, Convoy of Hope, Eagle Outdoors LLC and Toth and Associates Inc. And longtime Dynamic staple CoxHealth is back again this year, its 14th time on the list. Not bad for a billion-dollar organization.

These awards also honor the people behind the successful local companies, as we award a top CEO, C-suite executive, human resources professional and sales and marketing professional.

Finally, a new element to the Dynamic Dozen this year is the Dynamo Award. This pinnacle company award goes to an organization that has shown sustained growth over a long history. The first award recipient will likely come with no surprise – it’s O’Reilly Automotive Inc. From humble shop beginnings of a father and son, it’s now an international auto parts retailer with more than 90,000 team members and $15.8 billion in 2023 revenue.

Thanks to the judges for selecting our special honors this year and to our third-party auditor for verifying the list calculations.

And a big round of applause to all the 2024 honorees – your dynamic contributions are propelling our company forward.
